Non-Resident Attorney Fee Submission Form

Upon receipt of a completed Submission Form and payment of the Non-Resident Attorney Fee, we will issue an Acknowledgement Letter containing the non-resident attorney name, the cause number, and the Texas forum in which the proceeding is pending, as provided in this Submission Form. The Acknowledgment Letter will serve as proof of payment of the non-resident attorney fee required by Rule 19(c). We will deliver the Acknowledgment Letter by e-mail, as instructed in this Submission Form. Once we deliver the Acknowledgment Letter, we cannot alter its contents, and we cannot refund or transfer the fee for any reason. Non-Resident Attorney Fee

The fee is $250, per attorney, per cause.

Payment is made online, by credit card or electronic check. Online Payment is handled by Texas.gov the official website of Texas. The price of the service includes funds that support ongoing operations and enhancements of Texas.gov, which is provided by a third party in partnership with the State, as well as processing fees. We will process your Submission Form by the end of our next business day.  In addition to Texas state holidays, our office is also closed for business the week of each Bar Exam.
