Renewal

Unless revoked by the Board under Rule 14 §7, an FLC certificate is valid for one year.

An FLC may renew their certification by submitting to the Board at least 60 days before the certification expires:

  1. a renewal application through ATLAS
  2. the renewal fee
  3. proof that the applicant has completed 3 hours of ethics CLE accredited by the State Bar of Texas
  4. a written statement, signed under oath, that the applicant has complied with the terms of their certificate and with Rule 14.
