Supreme Court of Texas Approves Uniform Bar Exam for Texas and Seeks Comments Before Adopting
In its order the Court notes the change to the Uniform Bar Examination should begin with the February 2021 exam.
The Court also invites comments from the public. Details such as the date for accepting transfer of UBE scores from other jurisdictions, fees for transfer of UBE scores and the acceptable passing score have not yet been determined. Comments on these and other issues related to proposed adoption of the UBE should be submitted through December 8, 2018 to email@example.com.
The Court’s order follows receipt of a report by the Supreme Court Task Force on the Texas Bar Exam issued on May 14, 2018. A copy of the report may be viewed here.
